Our church is a place for participants, not spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandparent, a busy parent, or a professional with big responsibilities, you can be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at this church.
We are not created to be alone. Hebrews 10:25 encourages the gathering together of all Christians to worship, search the scripture, draw close to God, reaching out to others, praying and sharing life’s victories and challenges. Homegroups are the life and strength to NLIM’s existence. We welcome everybody to attend with a choice of 4 different evening groups’ location meeting at different times of the week i.e. Tuesdays to Fridays under layman leaders/ facilitators based in South Seattle, Everett, Mill Creek and Lynnwood). Are you growing in Christ? Are you using the gifts God has given you? Are you feeling alone? We welcome everyone to join us in our Christian life’s fellowship journey as we learn to love each other and to boldly step out in faith as lights for Christ. For more information about our homegroup, please contact Dr. Robert Fu.
Men’s Ministry welcomes you. Our mission is to equip Godly men in becoming Tenderwarriors who are committed leaders, humble servants and courageous witnesses for Christ.  As men, we face many challenges in the roles we are called to hold in Jesus Christ. This ministry gives us the opportunity to come together and find support in matters that only men could understand. We help each other in all aspects of our Christian walk. We also find a place among each other to be open, honest and humble. This ministry gives us a place to let go and find camaraderie. We spend time together studying the Word of God and serving our community. It is said that many men have very few true friends and in this ministry, you can come as you are and find support among friends. If you would like to learn more, please feel free to contact Anthony Cosme.
The Women’s Ministry provides an avenue for spiritual growth through the Word, fellowship, prayer, mission and service to the church and the community.  We invite you to join us and become active in the Ministry.  We meet to study God’s Word, share our joys and challenges, as well as encourage and support each other through prayer.  During summertime, we go out for picnics, fruit picking and celebrating events with the brethren.  We believe these activities, with the Holy Spirit’s help, will deepen our commitment and service to God. Contact Myrna Santos if you want to join this ministry.
The Young Adult/Pre-Youth Ministry’s objective is to give our young individuals a sense of empowerment, identity, and belonging within the body of Christ.  And to teach them that no matter how young they are, the Lord wants them to be godly examples to others in “speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” (1 Tim. 4:12)  Through Scripture and outreach activities, they will be guided in developing a passion and willingness to share the Gospel to the lost.  What they can expect from our ministry is not only a community or family of young believers growing, fellowshipping, and learning together about who Christ is but also a growth and desire in knowing Him personally as their Lord and Savior.  Please contact Paul Gonzales if you are interested in joining this group.
The purpose of our Children’s Ministry is to help plant God’s love and His Word in the young hearts and minds of our children.  To introduce age appropriate Gospel-centered curriculum, teach a Christian Worldview, help their young minds see and understand the connection of lessons as they apply it to their daily lives.  The goal is to develop good, simple habits of prayer, worship, godly values (i.e. kindness, loving, respect for authority) with an opportunity for parental involvement through volunteering and teaching. Please contact Elma Tan if you want to volunteer on this very exciting ministry.
Mission is a part of our church’s DNA – to make, equip and send out disciples of Jesus Christ as lights to the world. We are investing in the spiritual growth of our own leaders and members through trainings/seminars. Christian Education is offered to everyone in NLI Ministry to be able to effectively share the Gospel.  We focus on raising our own children with a healthy knowledge of God so that they too will be able to share the good news. We encourage all of our people to respond to God’s call for laborers and minister not only in our own community but also outside the country. As we serve our brethren in our neighborhoods, across the country or around the globe, we put God’s commands into practice, offering Him all that we are and all that we have.
